A cornerstone of our company’s quest for excellence is our unwavering commitment to valuing and respecting our employees at American City Pest & Termite, Inc. Many of our team members have been with us for over a decade. They are self-motivated professionals who are compensated above the industry average. Our employees understand that their jobs and income depend on satisfied customers, and they genuinely care about addressing each customer’s needs.
Our technicians are licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board through the State of California. Many have between 10 to 20 years of experience in the pest and termite control field. We require our employees to attend monthly technical and safety training classes to ensure their skills and knowledge remain at the highest levels. These sessions also provide an opportunity to celebrate the “Employee of the Month,” awarded to a technician who has gone above and beyond for the company and our customers. Additionally, we recognize technicians with the “Clean Truck Award” for maintaining the most immaculate trucks, as we believe a clean, organized truck leads to more efficient service for our customers.
Training extends beyond our field technicians to our office staff, who handle phone calls, identify pest problems, and schedule appointments. Remarkably, ninety-seven percent of our employees, including the office staff, are licensed by the State of California to perform pest and termite control services. This comprehensive approach to training ensures that every aspect of our service meets the highest standards of excellence.

Cindy Ziemke
President
Cindy Ziemke, President of American City Pest & Termite, is the daughter of Jim and Celia Shockey. Since officially joining the company in 1986, Cindy has worked her way up through various roles in both the office and the field, earning her Applicator, Field Rep, and Operator Licenses. In 2001, she was promoted to President and now oversees the day-to-day operations of the entire company. Cindy is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, growing the company, and making American City Pest & Termite the best place to work in the industry. Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining friends, and taking weekend trips.
Greg Bausch
Vice President
Greg Bausch, Vice President, joined our company in 2009, bringing with him 23 years of experience in the pest control industry. Greg has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business. His extensive knowledge is invaluable when interacting with both customers and employees. As an Associate Certified Entomologist, Greg provides in-house training and is always eager to share his expertise with the team. Outside of work, Greg enjoys hiking, biking, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
Andrea (Andi) Moreno
General Manager
Andrea (Andi) Moreno, our General Manager, has been an integral part of our team since 1995 when she joined as a customer service representative. Her unwavering dedication to customer service and her ambition to earn her pest and termite licenses have propelled her up the ranks. In 2005, Andi was promoted to General Manager, a role in which her remarkable attention to detail greatly benefits our customers, employees, and the overall organization and efficiency of the office. Andi is not only a fantastic professional but also a cherished friend to all of us. She is known for her honesty, dependability, and trustworthiness. Outside of work, Andi enjoys spending time with her daughter, leading a Girl Scout troop, and all the exciting activities and trips that come with it. She is also delighted with her new puppy, Molly!
